Which cell phone carrier is the best and cheapest for families?

Right now we have tracfone and we pay 100$ per phone per year, we have 4 phones. I really don't like tracfone because it's only 800 minutes for a year and I'm a big texter so I use them up in a few months. I need to convince my parents to let me switch so I'm searching for a carrier where you get roll over minutes and it's around 100$ for 1 year if that exists.|||i know at%26amp;t has rollover minutes. but you need to have it for 2 years. its not an option. verizon has options but its pretty expensive. and ifk about sprint or t-mobile. but i DO t-mobile is vry cheap. the service just sucsks but you can get used to it and they have pretty good phones.
