So i want to buy an Ipad 3g, but i'm buying it from Japan and i heard that it is locked to be used with SoftBank carrier only. So basically if i buy it and bring it to Cambodia, i will not be able to use my Ipad with a Cambodian 3g carrier.
any idea on how to unlock the Ipad and make it usable with any carrier from any country?|||In the apple keynote, when the iPad was first introduced, steve jobs said that all iPads were unlocked. I do believd that that applied to the whole world not just the U.S. So it should work in Cambodia and you won't need to unlock it.
