What Canadian wireless carrier should I go with?

I want a either a Blackberry or an iPhone. I have around 40$ a month to spend. What carrier should i go with?|||If you want a smartphone then you'd have to go with either rogers or telus, because they pretty much dominate the smart phone part. Don't go with Telus unless you want a long term plan with the same phone (my friend still has an old LG Chocolate, when he wants an Iphone). And don't go with virgin because they have no extra features.
