It is the cheapest site that does it that I have ever seen.
http://phones-convertsforless.webs.com/|||Boost is part of Sprint so any of the Sprint or Nextel phones should work, I work with two people that have boost, one uses an old nextel flip phone the other just some old crappy sprint phone, they just took them in and had them turned on. no websites or anything else to deal with
