I am currently living in NY and will go back to France within the end of the month.
I have a few things I want to send through a mail carrier (mostly books and souvenirs ..).
What would be my best choice ? I am looking for a reliable carrier that is not too expensive and that can handle packages of 20 kilograms or more.|||USPS flat-rate is pretty good for heavy items, you could fit a lot of books in a large flat-rate box and it will be about $55 or so for each one.
