What is carrier scope for a Microbiologist in Canada?

I have done M.Sc in Microbiology from India and I am planning to setttle in Canada next year permanently. I have working experience of approx 4 years. What is scope of my carrier in Biotech Industries. Do I have to qualify some exam for gettting jobin Canada.|||your career scope is microscopic. get it?? microscopic?? lol...I kill me...
