I believe that the carrier density is somewhere in the 10^20 region, but I also think it depends on the sample used. So if the value does vary, what factors affect it?|||depends on temperature and also doping type and concentration
the intrinsic carrier concentration of Ge is 2.4x10^13 cm^-3 at 300K
